Vista equivalent PC is capable of running all version of windows vista although some specific features and high end graphics options may require more advanced hardware. As of Windows Vista Beta 2, the NVDIA Get Force 6 series, the ATI Radeon 9500, Intel’s GMA 950 and a handful of VIA chipsets and G3 graphics chips. Get Force FX5 series has been derived from latest drivers from NVIDIA. It is helps to translate in to 32 bit or 64-bit microprocessor running at a minimum of 800MHZ and you will need 1GHZ microprocessors.

To run the home basic editions, you will need 512MB RAM; go with a minimum of 1GB of memory, then more memory available in your PC. Vista allows at least 20GB hard disk with 15GB of free space to run windows vista home basic. If you want to install extra applications and store lot of files, you need much more larger hard disk. The removable disk storage in vista home basic needs your PC to have a CD-ROM drive. In vista basic interface, you will need a 3D video card with Direct X9. Your PC must have Direct X9 with pixel shader2, minimum 128MB graphics memory.
